  I would give up Lester, Coco Crisp, Craig Hansen, and Jed Lowrie for him if I were the Sox in a heartbeat...

  And that offer from the Sox would not trump Robinson Cano, Phil Hughes and 1-2 other lesser yankee prospects. Fit him for pinstripes!!!

  Problem is, the Yankees do not seem willing to part with Hughes, Chamberlain, or Kennedy. The Sox do not want to part with Lester either.
  
  The teams most likely to be able to offer up the prospects are the Mets and either the Dodgers or Angels, depending on which one doesn't use their prospects to get Miguel Cabrera.

  Perfect opportunity for the Cubbies to jump on this, Easily the Cubs could throw a package together so the Twins could get their needs at CF, 2B, 3B and prob throw them a pitching prospect as well.

  I would love for the mets to atone the ridiculous trading of Scott Kazmir to the "Rays", for "whats his name". Please!, if there is a god , get this kid back in New York! I know "whats his name" was not changed in ten minutes as the Mets Pitching Coach claimed and that we lost one of the best young lefty starters in baseball, but please Mr Minaya, stop worrying about trading for Santana. The Fans would love to cheer for a capable lefty, who could become your "ACE" soon if not sooner. You can give up the likes of Milledge (who will be a good ballplayer, but not in NY) and even Gomez who I dont want to give up but for Kazmir?!). Omar, please put a cherry on top, by making a run at Bedard also. I DONT CARE WHO YOU GIVE UP!! (except Wright, Reyes, and Beltran)
