Found December 01, 2007 on Cubs Hub:
B-T: R-R. Ht.: 6-1. Wt.: 202. Birthdate: 12/8/85 He's the other Josh, the Cubs took in the 2007 draft. Thanks to the Dodgers signing Juan Pierre early, the Cubs were awarded a sandwich pick, the 48th overall selection. The Cubs have a poor history of drafting and developing catchers, but the recently converted Donaldson looks like the real deal. This year he absolutely destroyed Boise (Short A) with his bat and has looked good behind the plate. For more details read on.

Around The Web: Manny Aftermath

Fan Graphs: Dodgers overpaid for Manny Ramirez, but it was probably necessary. I was gonna do analysis like this, but I had midterms. :o My conclusions are somewhat similar anyway.Ump Bump: Nick Kapur reviews the Dodgers' off-season moves. He gives it a B, and I have to agree. Ned Colletti is still bad, but he hasn't made a truly disasterous move in the last 6 months...

Felix Pie (PEE-ay) HT: 6'2 WT: 180 lbs B/T: L/L DOB: 02/08/83 In this installment of CubsHub's Scouting Report, we'll be looking at the crown jewel of the organization, Felix Pie. Dodger Thoughts: Hey, the Dodgers Are at Dodger Stadium!

The much-not-talked about season premiere of baseball at Mt. Lookout takes place tonight, with a rare - perhaps unprecendented - appearance of a designated hitter at Dodger Stadium, not to mention Jeff Kent finally making an appearance at second base and Juan Pierre fourth among outfielders in the st...

Why the Dogers are Screwed: ManRam, Andruw, Pierre, Ethier, and Kemp... WOW

Manny Ramirez, Andruw Jones, Juan Pierre, Andre Ethier, and Matt Kemp will now have to share an uncomfortable outfield... which should make for great, whiny television. Good thing they sunk so much money into Andruw and Juan

Dodgers' Outfield Continues to Merit Crowd Control Measures

Ken Gurnick's position-by-position profile made its way to the outfield today, with an article jump asserting "Four won't be a crowd in Dodgers outfield." At first, I thought, "Oh I get it, they'll put Juan Pierre in short center field, giving Andre Ethier and Matt Kemp a chance to play every day,...

Which Player Is Gonna Be The Scapegoat Now?

It was pretty obvious that Matt Kemp was trying to be made the fall guy for all of the Dodgers' struggles this series, but it was pretty apparent today that the problems run deeper than one man. Juan Pierre did well as his replacement, but the struggles of the entire lineup (besides Manny) with runners in scoring position were the problem. Does this struggle remind you of...
