According to the Daily News, Ex-Mets second basemen Roberto Alomar who has full blown out AIDS, but insisted on having unprotected sex with his girlfriend, Iiya Dall. Dall reportedly is suing Alomar for $15 million for negligence. His lawyer, Charles Bach, would not say whether Alomar is HIV-positive. "We believe this is a totally frivolous lawsuit.
