Due to the Cubs lack of offensive prowess, Uncle Lou Pinella has decided to give utility infielder Ryan Theriot a shot at the everyday shortstop position. Former starter Caesar Izturis just hasn't been getting the job done at the plate as indicated by his .184 batting average. Fantasy baseballers and Cub fans alike have been intrigued by Ryan "The Riot" Theriot (pronounced Terry-o) due to his ability to swipe bags and get on base.     it's about time the Cubs made way for Theriot. Izturis blows. I hope they keep Theriot leading off and move down Soriano!
