Baltimore at Cleveland: Baltimore is one loss away from a double digit losing streak. Going into Sunday's series finale with the Indians, the O's 'pen is one of the worst in baseball. Chris Tillman has his work cut out for him. Boston at New York Yankees: The Yankees are one win away from clinching the AL East title. A Red Sox win would prevent the Yankees from securing the AL East. It would also prevent the Sox from being swept for the second time in the Bronx. Boston still has a magic number of three to clinch the AL Wild Card.Seattle at Toronto: After an Adam Lind walk-off home run on Saturday, the Blue Jays go for a third consecutive win against the M's. New York Mets at Florida: The Mets face Josh Johnson, who is 7-0 against the Mets, without Carlos Beltran and David Wright in the lineup. The unremarkable Pat Misch starts for the Mets. Atlanta at Washington: Atlanta keeps rolling. Derek Lowe has not lost a decision since September 3. He should get continued support from Martin Prado. Entering Sunday's game, Prado had hit safely in 65 of 89 games since June 2 with 25 doubles, nine home runs and 42 RBI. He also had 10 hits in his previous 22 at-bats and has started 27 of the Braves' past 29 games.
