by allowing 3 runs in the top of the 9th blowing a 1-0 lead. The loss drops the 6th place Pirates to 14-21 .400 -7.5 and continues the Bucs 2 game losing streak. Right now the current Pirates game is in a rain delay after the Pirates scored to take the lead in the 2nd. Back to last night. The Pirates have dropped 8 of their last 10 games as the funk continues. Lets hope...

Matt Capps got right back on the bull last night. He got the save and the Pirates won 7-4. The bullpen gave us seven innings of one run baseball after the rain delay.
Delwyn Young certainly looks comfortable in the lineup doesn’t he?
The Pirates catchers are hot.
Pedro Alvarez had two more RBI last night going 1-for4.
