The Marlins finally solve Moyer

I don't think the Marlins solved anything last night...Moyer just had a rough night. Hes going to struggle every now and then, especially when he doesn't get that outside pitch and Kulpa was erratic at best calling the outter corner. He did a heck of a job keeping the game close and giving us a chance to win. Charlie gave us virtually no chance to win however. It seemed to me like he was more interested in letting his relievers rest than trying to win a game. Sorry, but you don't put Condrey/Walrond in a 2-0 game and expect to win. If we had kept it at 2-0, Victorino's "foul ball" would have tied it and could have easily had a different outcome. I'm all for saving our bullpen...but they'll have a 3 game set against the Pirates to rest up. We need this series and then they can rest. I will say, to the Marlins credit, they were patient with Moyer and not up there hacking away like usual.

they did give the marlins credit they showed patience, alot of the hitters got ahead of the counts and looked for a 2-0 fastball and got singles. The phillies just didnt hit last night, they need to win tonight
