The Orioles activated Cesar Izturis on Friday after the shortstop spent more than a month on the disabled list because of appendicitis. Rookie pitcher David Hernandez was sent to Triple-A Norfolk to make room for Izturis. Hernandez is 2-2 with a 3.94 ERA in five starts for the Orioles. Hernandez is expected to be back in Baltimore soon. There was speculation that the O's would move either outfielder Felix Pie or infielder Oscar Salazar to make room for Izturis. Izturis, who is...
