The Orioles announced today that they have officially added reliever Cla Meredith to the active roster and optioned reliever Kam Mickolio to Triple-A Norfolk. Meredith, who was acquired Sunday in a trade with the San Diego Padres for infielder Oscar Salazar, is 4-2 with a 4.17 ERA in 35 games for the Padres this season.
