Instead of spot starters, look to these five middle relievers to help bring your ERA and WHIP back down to respectable levels.

  • I tend to be the only one in all my fantasy leagues that picks up a couple middle relievers to drop my ERA and WHIP a bit. If you know which ones to go for, you can also rack up some wins and a bunch of holds (if your league counts holds.)
