Just a few minutes ago when I heard that the Angels signed Tori Hunter to a 5-year free agent contract(pending a physical), I nearly couldn't believe what I was reading. After trading away Cabrera I thought the Angels were throwing their chances of success out the window, but I was slightly wrong after they executed the acquisition of Jon Garland and the signing of Hunter. If they can somehow manage to grab up Miguel Cabrera, then that would make the Angels alot better offensively and somewhat defensively(I don't really know how well he defends). I'm glad that they are making moves that help the team instead of hurting them.
