Samardzija gave up 2 runs on 3 hits and 2 walks in 2 innings. Atkins has given up a run on 3 hits in 2 innings. Soriano has reached base twice (hit and a walk). Lee walked. Theriot, Johnson, Soto and Scales have also each gotten a hit. Cubs trail 3-1 after 4 innings.
