Who is Manny Corpas and Why is he Nasty?

Corpas came from out of nowhere to the casual fan and turned in the most dominant month of July for any closer in baseball. This leads to the question, who the hell is this guy?

  • Corpas has been a blessing since Fuentes went on his bad streak. I can't help but think if Fuentes hadn't gone out if the Rockies would have fallen further. Glad to have Corpas pitching. A Rockies pitcher with a below 3.00 ERA is nearly unheard of.
