After getting spanked last night, the Boston Red Sox look to take the series finale tonight in the rubber game of a three-game set with the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. The game will be broadcast on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the Rays television market, you can catch the game on Sun Sports. And if you can't catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2013 Red Sox Radio Network. Alfredo Aceves makes his fifth start (eighth appearance) for the Red Sox in 2013. In his previous seven appearances (four starts), Aceves is 2-1 with a 6.57 ERA. He has not faced the Rays in 2013 and was 0-1 with 6.48 ERA and three saves in seven appearances in 2012. He's made 19 career appearances against the Rays and is 2-1 with a 2.39 ERA and three saves. He is 1-0 with a 2.92 ERA and two saves in 11 career appearances at the Trop. Chris Archer makes just his third start of 2013 for the Rays. In his previous two starts, Archer is 1-1 with a 4.91 ERA. His lone career start against the Red Sox came in 2012 when he was victorious after allowing three earned runs in five innings of work.
