To all the bloggers here and to everyone out there in Canespace I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! After a year that brought about big changes at the University of Miami with the hiring of new head coaches Jim Larranaga and Al Golden, Hurricane fans have a lot to look forward to in 2012. Now, I know that a few of you somehow managed to be really nice all year long while others were being completely naughty, but all Miami Hurricane fans deserve at least a glimpse at a very special Hurricane Holiday wish list that I have put together for the 2012 season. An ACC title in any major sport (baseball, basketball or football). A year with no coaching changes and greater continuity at The U. A stable and prosperous National and Global economy. A baseball team with great pitching, solid defense and a productive offense, but most of all, one that can beat the Florida Gators and the FSU Seminoles on a regular basis. A blog world with no haters. A National Signing Day ...
