Preston Mattingly has officially signed with the Dodgers once again. The Dodgers traded him to the Cleveland Indians last September. He was recently released by the Tribe and was welcomed back with open arms by the Dodgers. Mattingly was originally drafted 31st overall in the 2006 amateur draft.Mike Axisa over at MLBTR has a nice quick evaluation on the Dodgers financial troubles.
