I had hoped for a reminder of 1994 on Friday. And I got one: except it was Tim Bogar and Alex Ochoa screaming at the Tampa Bay Rays.Oh well. At least I got Ike Davis' third and fourth RBI in his last two games (close enough ... I guess). Though he's still on Interstate 68 (between West Virginia and Maryland ... he's getting closer), he's showing a couple of signs of crawling out of this. And Lucas "The Largest Singles Hitter in The World" Duda hit his first home run in a month as the Mets beat the Padres 6-1. It all started with a nice double play turned by Mike Baxter and his circus catch in left field which brought in the Padres only run yet ended the inning. Only having heard about this play I kind of expected Endy Chavez lite. It was good, but not as good as you media types made it out to be. Still, a very nice catch and a nice bounce back victory against a team that will probably match their 11 run output from Thursday in the next week.One thing I thought to be curious was Keit...
