By "in", I do not mean rehab, but reliever Ronald Belisario has been reinstated from the restricted list. Ronald has had a series of issues from VISA problems entering the United States, DUI's in 2009 and most recently a 25-game suspension for cocaine use.

It is interesting to note that he is seeming to get a lot less flak than other athlete's who use PEDs, which to me, is a surprise. Nevertheless, the former powerhouse from the bullpen is given another shot on the 40 man roster in hopes of being around on opening day. Like Ramon Troncoso, Belisario is out of options, and he'll have to clear waivers if he does not make the roster, otherwise he will be out-righted to the minors.

Troncoso, who was shaky at best in 2011 was designated for assignment, we'll know soon his fate.

Personally, I don't see what the Dodgers still see in this guy. Yeah he has done some good with the team, but the looming DUI from James Loney, Belsario's previous DUI and now drug suspension is setting the wrong tone for the organization. They should release him and wipe their hands clean of all the drama.
