Biffy’s Guide to Halloween

I have no idea what they're dressed up as, but I have already stopped thinking about it as I am typing this Leaves are turning, sky is falling, and it stopped raining every ******* day in DC, so it must be fall, which means Halloween is right around the corner.  Halloween as a kid is pretty tight as long as you don’t have parents who would rather give you scrilla for your candy to distribute at their office than let you eat it all, but Halloween as an adult is the bee’s knees, his legs and his arms.  Girls usually look really hot, and I don’t want to say it’s socially acceptable to get really blacked out, but it’s close.  Try going to the emergency room the morning after the first batch of Halloween parties, I promise you’ll see some funny stuff.
