Blue Jays rumors: No more significant moves for Toronto

The Toronto Blue Jays have had quite the offseason, trading high-profile prospects for even higher-profile players, but they have finished their significant shopping, according to Gregor Chisholm of MLB.com. So far this offseason, the Blue Jays have added Jose Reyes, Emilio Bonifacio, Mark Buehrle, Josh Johnson R.A. Dickey, Josh Thole and Melky Cabrera, among others, while parting with the likes of Adeiny Hechavarria, Yunel Escobar, Henderson Alvarez, Noah Syndergaard and Travis d’Arnaud to do so. When the Blue Jays signed veteran utility player Mark DeRosa, they found who they consider to be their 25th man. This move likely brought an end to the team’s significant offseason shopping, as they will now attempt to increase their organizational depth.
