BOS 8, OAK 3: Beckett bounces back

After a shaky start against the Texas Rangers, Josh Beckett returned to form against Oakland. Beckett pitched seven innings allowing eight hits, three runs, one walk and 10 strikeouts. Boston's offense continues to swing it as the Red Sox pounded out 14 hits. Dustin Pedroia and Jed Lowrie both drove in two runs and Jacoby Ellsbury went 3-for-5 with an RBI.
