The Desert Dogs finally got back into the "W" column after eight straight "L's", defeating Scottsdale 7-4 on Monday.
-Cody Puckett pinch hit and played 3B, going 0-2 with a strikeout. He's hitting a putrid .143 in the Arizona Fall League, though he does have two HR and six RBI's on the season.
-Donnie Joseph gave up two hits, but pitched a scoreless inning with two strikeouts.
-Brad Boxberger got back on track with a perfect inning in which he struck out one and picked up AFL save number two.
The Desert Dogs are now 4-8 on the 2011 AFL season.

Arizona Fall League Weekly Recap 10/19/2011
I've been on vacation and catching up at work so this is a little later than planned, but here is another update on how the seven Reds' prospects have performed so far. The hitting has picked up a little bit, and the pitching results are still a little bit mixed. Check out last week's AFL recap for comparison's sake.
