Brandon Inge, third baseman for the Detroit Tigers, just came off the 15 day DL with mononucleosis. If you’ve notice, on www.detroitsports360.com we have a section called “Brandon Inge” watch. Inge can barely hit .200 for the Tigers and a move has to be made. It is pathetic the Tigers paid him $11 million over two years when he can hardly hit the baseball. He hasn’t played since June 1st and recently had a rehab stint with the Toledo Mud-Hens. Inge hit .250 with two home-runs in seven games. The Tigers are making a HUGE mistake activating him from the minors.
Inge is hitting a whopping .211 with one home-run in 52 games and still has a job. I wish I sucked at my job so much I got overpaid for doing absolutely nothing. The Tigers can do a lot better and need to cut the leash with Inge. It will be very hard to trade him because teams will not want to pick up his contract.
