Colorado will try to send Milwaukee to another loss and post consecutive victories at Coors Field for the first time in more than six weeks Tuesday night. Colorado (42-71) had lost 10 of 11 at home before jumping on Milwaukee early Monday en route to a 9-6 victory. The Rockies scored eight runs over the first three innings and D.J. LeMahieu was a career-best 4 for 4 with two RBIs, making him 11 for 17 (.647) over his last five games. Carlos Gonzalez also singled and drove in a pair of runs after going 0 for 16 over his previous five contests. "The first and third inning, as far as offensive execution, is as good as we've done it all year," manager Jim Tracy said. "We were aggressive on the bases. We moved runners along. We had two really good offensive innings." Colorado will now try to record back-to-back home wins fo...

Roenicke: Segura out of lineup for 'day off'

DENVER When Brewers manager Ron Roenicke called up shortstop Jean Segura from Double-A Huntsville a week ago, he was mum on how much the hot prospect would play in his first few games with the Brewers. Six games later and Segura has started in every game, except for Monday's contest against the Rockies, begging the question: Why take him out of the lineup? It appeared that...
