Carl Pavano has placed his Palm Beach Gardens, FL house on the market for $3 million. The 37-year old righty went from being a back-to-back opening day starter for the Twins in 2011 and 2012 to not even being in baseball this year. Time to sell! That 4-year, $40 million deal he signed with the Yankees back in 2004 seems so far away. 2013 has not been kind to pitcher Carl Pavano. Aside from the fact he has yet to be picked up on an MLB roster, the guy apparently almost died after a snow shoveling incident. The fall in the snow must not be deterring him from spending more time up North in his Vermont home, because this beautiful Florida home hit the market yesterday. According to the realtor:  The layout is so unique it must be seen to enjoy. Tremendous custom upgrades in all rooms. This house must be seen. Wonderful home to entertain and live in. The Scoop On Pavano’s Pad 4 bed, 7 bath 7,341 sq. ft. Heated pool and spa with custom fountains Community golf, tennis and clubhouse access A short 26 minute drive to Booby Trap Gentlemen’s Club 7.4 miles to nearest Hooters location Estimated Monthly Payment: $15k After Mortgage & Greens Fees [Buy Carl Pavano's Florida Mansion - Realtor] Filed under: Baseball, MLB
