Jose Canseco, who, after all the steroid stuff, we have come to know and love over the last few years as Twitter’s resident profoundly nonsensical madman, made an appearance at a major league ballpark on Thursday, taking in the Los Angeles Dodgers-St. Louis Cardinals tilt at Dodgers Stadium in Chavez Ravine.

Sitting in a field box, Canseco took a moment to point to a black T-shirt he was wearing that bore a message in all caps that read, “Sorry For Everything Mark,” an assumed message to his former teammate and fellow “Bash Brother” Mark McGwire, who currently serves in the position of hitting coach for the visiting Cardinals.

Here’s the question: Is Canseco truly remorseful for ratting out his former pal about McGwire’s alleged PED use, and did Canseco feel the need to issue an apology via T-shirt? Or is this yet another desperate attempt by the former big leaguer to attract attention to himself? To be honest, does that question really even need to be posed?

  • Evidently, someone needs more attention...
  • sorry jose, your 15 minutes are up.
  • how about he is a rat plain and simple and maybe just maybe is realizing that he has shot himself in the foot, and that NOone wants anything to do with him anymore!
  • With everything that the PED's were supposed to have done for Jose Canseco there is one fact that is completely and absolutely
undeniably true. They for sure didn't make his brain any bigger because the guy is a total idiot!!He is capable of doing or saying anything that might make him a buck!He needs to be ignored so he will go away.
  • The REAL question is why this is even newsworthy and makes the scrolling marquee on MSN???
  • Jose liked being famous, when he was not longer famous for his obvious steriod performance on the feild he ratted any and everyone out for his own attention seeking self interest!
