Chan Ho Park has been signed to a 1 year deal worth $2.5MM, with the chance to reach $5MM in incentives. The story- he was good for a good many years, then he was bad for a good many years, until bouncing back nicely in the Dodgers' bullpen last season. Ho Park wants the chance to start and it looks like he'll battle Kyle Kendrick, Carlos Carrasco, Drew Carpenter, and JA Happ for the 5th spot in the Phils rotation.
