PHILADELPHIA -- Cole Hamels knows the numbers. He knows how ugly they were during the regular season -- 4.32 ERA, barely six innings per start, .273 batting average against. He knows they're even uglier in the postseason -- 6.75 ERA, less than five innings per start, .317.   "It's been location," Hamels says.   As with most pitchers who've gone awry, location -- or lack thereof -- is a popular explanation for a sub-par season.
