There have been conflicting reports about the Atlanta Braves and Baltimore Orioles supposed talks about Adam Jones. Some have said that they discussed JJ Hardy. Others have said the Braves offered Martin Prado and Jair Jurrjens to them. Adam Jones is the only player that the Braves would have interest in from the Orioles. This morning, Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun reported the following: The Atlanta Braves made a run this month, offering second baseman-outfielder Martin Prado, starter Jair Jurrjens and, eventually, a pitching prospect, and the Orioles didn’t bite.
