The Kansas City Royals have signed infielder Miguel Tejada to a minor-league deal, the team announced. Dionisio Soldevila of the Associated Press notes that the deal is worth $1.1mm with an additional $400k in performance bonuses and will become an Major league deal once a roster spot opens up.
