Detroit Extends Curtis Granderson, Pittsburgh Extends Freddy Sanchez, Clemens Takes the Stand

The Detroit Tigers have agreed to terms on a 5-year contract extension with stud center fielder Curtis Granderson. This is a fantastic deal. I'll go into why. The Pittsburgh Pirates extend Freddy Sanchez, giving the second baseman a two-year deal with an option. I'm not a huge fan of this deal, but if they trade Sanchez, this will be a great deal.
