Super Bowl predictions are never is. It sure came easy to the Detroit Tigers ace pitcher Justin Verlander, Verlander correctly predicted the winning score in a Scripps Howard’s Celebrity Super Bowl Poll. Verlander will receive a trophy for his proper prediction. Lets hope this isn’t a sign of things to come in Baseball this spring. We all (in the A.L. Central) don’t need Justin Verlander being right all the time. After all Verlander was The Sporting News’ MLB Player of the Year in 2011 .
Hey if they would have went by what Verlander said on Tweeter they would not be giving the Ace the trophy. Verlander tried to add three points to his previous prediction that would have made his pick 24-17 in favor of the New York Giants. Hey you can’t when them all, or in Verlander’s case maybe you can.
