The Rockies' eighth-inning rally on Monday will always be overshadowed by the Phillies' comeback in the ninth, but that doesn't mean we can't marvel at its key moment.With one out in the inning and the Rockies trailing by one, rookie Dexter Fowler(notes) treated second baseman Chase Utley(notes) as a human hurdle, leaping clear of the Phillie as Todd Helton's(notes) grounder drew near. Instead of getting the sure out at first, Utley flipped to second where Jimmy Rollins(notes) couldn't make the play and Fowler slid in safe. Watch the play here. Fowler didn't perform his high jump just for the heck of it, either. The Rockies center fielder came around to score the tying run of Jason Giambi's(notes) two-out single — an at-bat that wouldn't have happened in the eighth were it not for Fowler. The Rockies then added two runs on a double to deep right center by Yorvit Torrealba(notes). Fowler's moment seemed more suited for the Summer Olympic...
