The Dodgers kept things interesting down the stretch in the NL West with an untimely five-game losing streak. However all that is forgotten after last night's division clinching 5-0 win over Colorado. That leaves the Rockies as the NL Wild Card, meaning they'll begin the playoffs in Philadelphia on Wednesday. The Dodgers will travel to host St. Louis in the other NLDS series. With one day left in the regular season the Minnesota Twins have pulled even with the reeling Detroit Tigers in the AL Central. In somewhat related news, Miggy Cabrera may or may not have engaged in a scuffle with a large dog. Also he went 0-4 in last night's most recent loss.
