The Brewers' Double-A affiliate, the Huntsville Stars, made history Thursday, as five of their pitchers combined to throw a no-hitter in a 3-1 victory over Chattanooga. It represented the most pitchers used in a no-hitter in Southern League history.Right-hander Jimmy Nelson garnered the start for Huntsville in Thursday's memorable contest and was followed on the mound by teammates Dan Merklinger, R.J. Seidel, Brandon Kintzler and Darren Byrd. Anderson De La Rosa served as the Stars' backstop in the triumph. Nelson produced four strikeouts in four innings to get things rolling for Huntsville, before giving way to the cadre of relievers. Kintzler preserved the Stars' big night by striking out a lone batter in the ninth to record a save.
