The quartet of four free agents that denied qualifying offers this winter is now down to two, after Rafael Soriano signed with the Nationals on Tuesday, following in the footsteps of Adam LaRoche. That leaves just Kyle Lohse and Michael Bourn both unsigned, and with Soriano and LaRoche falling off the market this month, one would expect Lohse and Bourn to eventually find new employers as well. But the question still remains: which teams are the favorites for each of these players? Seems like something we should tackle this week... This week, we've been running our TOC Top Ten series, focusing on the ten best players at each position around the diamond. So far, we've tackled all of the infield positions. Here are some quick links in case you missed any of the rankings. -Catcher -First Base -Second Base -Shortstop -Third Base Today, we'll tackle the three outfield positions. Tomorrow, we'll look at left-handed and right-handed starters, Friday, we'll look at left-handed and right-handed relievers. There will likely be a companion piece focusing on a specific player for each of these positions, but there might not be depending on what happens in the way of breaking news. Speaking of those companion pieces, we've looked at whether or not the Giants should explore an extension with Buster Posey, and whether or not it's prudent for the Diamondbacks to do the same with Aaron Hill following his career year in 2012.
