Come draft day, most owners will have lists out the wazoo, but it's always important to simply have a top 20+ lists by your side. Most people will recognize the names, but the most important aspect of this list is being able to distinguish who's the best and why. I've outlined my 2008 top 20 fantasy starting-pitchers and why I believe (statistically) it appears that way it does.
