It appears that most of the offseason movement is almost over. Additionally, total run index has evolved enough to where I can present to you the final fantasy projections at the catcher position. As I have done in the past, we will look at the top fifteen fantasy catchers for the 2012 season. The list may look a little different this time around because of the advances in total run index. Hopefully, this will reflect a more accurate ranking. Before I begin the list, I want to talk about what you are seeing. I will give three numbers for each of the players. The first will be their total run index from 2011. That will include their hitting and base running data since fielding is not a part of fantasy baseball. Next, I will give you their 2012 projected total run index. If a player has less than five years, that one will be left blank. Finally, I will give you their 2012 TRI after the home ballpark adjustment. Final rankings are based on that number. TRI is measured in runs above ave...
