Final Second Base Fantasy Rankings

Every week we will be including the final fantasy rankings for each position according to total run index. Since TRI is an evolving statistic, these rankings will likely look different than past rankings. In particular, any player with five or more years of experience will have up to date projections for the 2012 season. The rankings will be based on those numbers. 14. Danny Espinosa– Washington Nationals 2012 Projection: N/A 2011 Season: 12.0 Fantasy Rating: 11.8 Since 2011 was his first full season, Espinosa cannot be projected, but if he was he would almost certainly come ahead of this. His 2011 season was solid, but marred by a low BABIP. Take away the low batting average and Espinosa’s numbers were quite impressive. He will be a very cheap source of power this year. 13.
