Travis Shaw is currently a sophomore infielder from Kent State University. He is 6-4/220 pounds and hails from Washington Court House, Ohio. His father, Jeff was a major league pitcher with four different teams.Travis spent this past summer playing for the Cincinnati Steam of the Great Lakes League. In fact, he helped lead the Steam to the GLL Championship. He hit .244/452/352 in 93 at-bats. His 5 homers lead the team and was good enough to place him tied for 2nd in the league. He scored 21 runs, drove in 14 and walked 13 times this summer.
