Found April 08, 2008 on MVN:
The Cleveland Indians had overcome an anemic offensive performance and a Rafael Betancourt 8th inning implosion to take a 4-2 lead with a 9th inning rally led by a returning Victor Martinez. Joe Borowski gave it all back after two walks and a single loaded the bases, for Torii Hunter, who blasted a grand slam to give the Angels a 6-4 victory. Hunter had also hit a homer off of Betancourt in the 8th to give the Angels a 2-1 lead that seemed to be as sure a lead as any against an Indians offense that had scored 8 runs in the previous 5 games up to that point.
