San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum is day-to-day after being diagnosed with lower back stiffness on Tuesday.Lincecum didn't throw his usual bullpen session Tuesday at the team's camp in Arizona.The Giants' ace threw on a back field for only a few minutes with trainer Dave Groeschner by his side.Lincecum lost 22 pounds in the offseason using a counter-current pool and new diet.
