Contest winner and Ray Allen My guilt at falling asleep at the end of the sixth inning last night carried over into my dreams. In my subconscious, the Red Sox found themselves in any number of nightmare scenarios — mostly huge leads blown in exciting walk-off fashion, hit by Mark Teixeira and the guy my high school girlfriend made out with during a swim team trip to DC. I woke up in a panic, but all was well: the Sox remain undefeated against the Yanks so far this season, and the guy who tried to steal my girlfriend is probably bald, maybe even in jail.
