It looks like Angel Pagan was bailed out and got healthy, all at the right time. After getting off to a hot start in spring training, Pagan had to have surgery to remove a bone spur in his elbow. While rehabbing in Florida, Pagan was arrested for driving while suspended and warrants due to unpaid tickets. Apparently he was bailed out and finished up his rehab stint in Port St. Lucie, as it's being reported today that he will join the Mets AAA affiliate in Buffalo. With Carlos Delgado's health in question and most of the corner outfielders vying for playing time at first base, Pagan may find himself back in the Mets outfield. If Delgado goes on the DL, Manuel will use a combo of Tatis, Murphy and Reed at first base, which will make room for Pagan as a fifth outfielder...Angel Pagan -- remember him? -- was sent by the Mets to Triple-A Buffalo today on a rehabilitation assignment. source Newsday
