The Phoenix Desert Dogs overcame the Peoria Javelinas in the 10th inning Wednesday, winning the game by a score of 7-6. -Brodie Greene started at second base and went 1-4 on the day, including a solo home run, and three runs scored. He also walked and struck out once each. Greene also stole a base (1) and was caught stealing another time. -Cody Puckett just continues to struggle, as the third baseman went 0-5 on the day with three strikeouts. -Travis Webb made the start and had another rough go at it allowing three earned runs and four hits over 1.2 innings. He also walked two and struck out two in the no-decision. -Nick Christiani got back into a groove relieving Webb. Christiani threw 2.1 innings of hitless baseball in which he struck out one and walked one. Webb is 1-0 with an 8.00 ERA.
