Greg Reynolds made a statement on the mound in Pittsburgh on Saturday night.Throughout spring training, the former number one draft pick never made excuses. Despite being injured for the majority of the past two seasons, and being labeled a bust after just 14 Major League appearances when he was 22-years old, Reynolds never complained. He kept reiterating that it was time for him to show what he could do.On Saturday, in a 6-4 Rockies victory in Pittsburgh, Reynolds made a statement with his right arm that should quiet the legions of critics that took it out on him for being the Rockies first round pick in 2007. Colorado drafted the Stanford alumni in front of the likes of Tim Lincecum, Evan Longoria and Clayton Kershaw.
