ARLINGTON, Texas The Texas Rangers had better luck Sunday against Zack Grienke than they did against Zack Greinke. Greinke pitched the first part of Sunday's game with his last name misspelled on the back of his jersey. The spelling on the back of it was Grienke as he allowed four runs in three innings. Greinke changed jersey between innings and maybe that changed his fortune as he pitched didn't allow another run in his 7 13 innings. Greinke said he didn't notice but wouldn't have objected if the four earned runs went to Grienke. "Yea it would be a good idea to give them to that kid," Greinke said. This isn't the first time Greinke has had a wardrobe malfunction in the majors. Last year when he was pitching for Milwaukee, he played in a game with the wrong name on the front of his jersey. The club had a throwback jersey the next day and Greinke was called on to pinch hit and grabbed the wrong jersey, wearing the throwback jersey instead. He did lay down a sacrifice bunt.
