According to ESPN’s Pedro Gomez, Manny Ramirez will be making his return to the MLB as he signed a one-year deal with the Oakland Athletics worth $500,000.
However, Ramirez will still have to serve his 50-game suspension. If there are no rainouts during the season, Ramirez could be back by possibly July 2 versus the Kansas City Royals.
Ramirez will be turning 40 years old soon and has a total of 555 home runs. He last played for the Tampa Bay Rays, where he appeared in five games.
