Christopher Hanewinckel-US PRESSWIRE Major League Baseball is just about to get into full fledged rumor mill season, and the talent is not shy on the market this off season. From Albert Pujols, all the way to Juan Pierre, there are plenty of guys to go around that could help teams win. There is a ton of rumors projecting where the top players are going to sign, but there are plenty of players like Heath Bell whom I believe will shock the baseball world with who they sign with. Heath Bell likely will be the best reliever on the market this off season so he'll have a million suitors. I think Bell will end up with the Colorado Rockies as he's comfortable with being in the NL West, and there is a definite need for a top quality arm in Colorado. Let's take a look at the next 5.

Padres offer salary arbitration to closer Bell, Harang

The San Diego Padres have offered salary arbitration to closer Heath Bell and righthander Aaron Harang on Wednesday. The pitchers have until Nov. 30 to make their decision.
