Kevin Millwood has the playoff experience and the label as this club's No. 1 starter. But Scott Feldman is putting up consistently solid performances nearly every time he steps on the rubber.
So let's say the Rangers do pull this off and make the postseason. Would you go with the veteran Millwood to start Game 1 despite his struggles of late or would you ask Feldman to get over any kind of posteason jitters and just pitch the way he has most of this season?
Since any series would start on the road, I'm really tempted to start Feldman. He has a club record 8 straight road wins. Check out these incredible splits:
On the road: 12-1, 2.58 ERA (90.2 IP), 25 BB, 62 K
At home: 4-3, 4.56 ERA (73 IP), 23 BB, 37 K
Who would you start in Game 1 if the Rangers make the playoffs?
